Use “falan” to sound more native
Falan is a word constantly used in turkish and it has differents meanings.
Using this word will make you sound more native.

1 — “Or so“
The first meaning of falan is “or so“. Use it when you can’t be precise about a number
Her gün ne kadar kahve içersin ? - Her gün uç kahve falan içerim.
How many coffee do you drink per day ? I drink about 3 coffees a day.
Araban ne kadar aldın ? 300.000 ₺ falan arabam aldım.
How much did you buy your car ? I bought my car around 300.000 ₺
2 — “So on, so forth“
The 2nd meaning is also used when we don’t want to be very precise. It could be used to say etc…
Dün lokantaya kim geldi ? Lokantada, Ayşe, Mehmet falan vardi.
Yesterday who came at the restaurant ? At the restaurant were Ayşe, Mehmet and so on.
3 — “Around“
When not sure about a specific date or time, falan is a good help:
Saat altı’de falan buluşuruz.
We meet around eight o’clock.
Iki ay falan içinde Istanbul’u giderim.
In around two months I go to Istanbul.
4 — “Like that“
Still with this idea to extend the meaning of the last word falan stands out as “like that“ also.
Bu barde commercial muzik falan var
In this bar there is commercial music and things like that
Şu restauranda sushi falan yaparlar
In that restaurant they serve sushi and stuff like that
